Generally we ship within 48 to 72 hours in case of normal wallpaper, but this is subject to change in case of any unavoidable circumstances. 

At times, transit delays are unavoidable due to multiple reasons, There is no refund or replacement policy in case of delays in shipping for upto 4 weeks within India.

Every wallpaper we ship out, we carefully check the size, design and any issues, once done, we carefully pack your wallpaper in tubes and then wrap them properly to avoid any damages in shipping.

Since every wallpaper is made to order, we do not offer and refunds, any product with obvious defects from our side, can be discussed and replaced post mutual discussion and consent.

The wallpaper comes in tiles/ panels ranging from 36 to 52 inches in width and must be placed horizontally to create a seamless pattern on floor before pasting on the wall.

We dont do installations, 

We partner with best installers in major cities who are trained to provide seamless installation. You may self-install, choose a local installer or go with our recommend installer. Please note Space of Joy is not responsible for the quality of installation.

Once you receive the wallpaper, we will share details of the pasting company with you, and share your details with them.

They will come and do the pasting, as per your convenience. Payment to them is to be done on site.

We recommend using Bartoline only for pasting, for best results
