At Space of Joy, every wallpaper undergoes strict quality checks at every stage. Nothing leaves our facility until we are 100% confident that it meets our quality standards and is perfect for you.

  • In case of an issue
    If you notice any problem with your wallpaper, please connect with our team immediately. To help us understand better, we request you to share clear pictures or videos of the concern.

  • Replacement policy
    Once we verify the issue and confirm it is from our end, we will arrange for a replacement wallpaper to be shipped to you promptly.

  • Returns
    As every wallpaper is made-to-order and customized for your wall, we are unable to accept returns due to change of plans or once the wallpaper has been pasted.

  • Installation support
    Please note that we do not have in-house installation teams. However, we do extend support by connecting you with reliable installers from our network.

    • Installation services are not part of our scope of work.

    • Any issues arising due to walls or installation errors are not covered under our policy.

  • Customer responsibility
    We kindly request you to check the sizes, patterns, and colors of your wallpaper thoroughly before pasting to ensure complete satisfaction.
